Blue AEI Small (1)

Sue Elm, Practice Manager and Developer

What are AEI’s foundational values?

Elm: To provide the best care possible to every patient. Our focus is quality of care over and against the number of patients treated.

In what ways has AEI changed over the years?

Elm: Here, change is consistent with the value that Dr. Alexander finds in advanced technology and techniques. When there is value to be added in patient outcome, Dr. Alexander facilitates that change.

Jess Grim, Surgical and Refractive Technician

“At The Alexander Eye Institute, we have the opportunity to work with so many people, and many of these patients I get to see out and about in our local community.  I really enjoy this, as I get to see our patients using their eyes in real life, whether at a concert, the farmer’s market, or at a local restaurant.  I really feel that when we get to see our patients living life, it helps reinforce why we do what we do at The Alexander Eye Institute.”

“Each patient who walks through our door and sits in my exam room gets treated how I would like myself or my family to be treated.  I feel that approaching each patient this way gives the best patient care and customer service.  Treating all of our patients this way leads to the passion for perfection we strive to achieve at The Alexander Eye Institute.”
